Acer Computer Australia and New Zealand Returns Policy

 

This Return Policy is only applicable to purchases made from Acer's Online Store. For products purchased through other retail outlets, please contact the respective store for their returns policy.

This Returns Policy is in addition to any rights that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (the ACL) or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (the CGA).

Whilst Acer Computer Australia and New Zealand would like to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their purchase, we do encourage and recommend all customers read the following Returns Policy as set out below.

Acer Computer Australia and New Zealand will accept the return of goods, provide a refund of the original purchase price, or make necessary arrangements to have the goods replaced should either of the following circumstances occur: 

  • The supplied goods/products are damaged in transit
  • The product has not been supplied but it has been charged for (for example, lost in transit)
  • There are missing items from the box
  • The wrong item(s) have been sent.
  • The incorrect specification and/or configuration has been supplied.
  • The customer had made a legitimate attempt to cancel their Acer online order, and where their cancellation request was not processed in time by Acer Computer, or
  • Where the Acer product does not meet the stated capabilities.

Any Acer Online Store order cancellation request will be refunded to the same credit card used in the original purchase within 10 working days of goods being returned to us.

Any Acer Online Store refund request falling into one of the above categories will be processed to your nominated bank account within 10 working days of goods being returned to us. Refunds cannot be processed into foreign bank accounts.

All goods falling into the above category must be returned complete with the original box, instruction manuals, cables and/or accessories (i.e. power cords, batteries, battery chargers, connectivity cables etc.) supplied as part of the purchase.

Except where required to by law, we are unable to accept the return of any software applications where the security seal has been broken, where the software application has already been used/installed or where the license/activation key is visible from outside.

Acer Computer Australia and New Zealand reserves the right to undertake its own inspection/assessment of any goods being returned.

Change of Mind Returns

Please ensure you choose carefully as we are unable to accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect selections or if you found a lower priced item elsewhere.
